Responsável por planejar, produzir e finalizar conteúdos audiovisuais, cobrindo todas as etapas do processo — da concepção à entrega final — para fortalecimento da marca e divulgação dos serviços da empresa.

Descrição

  • Realizar produções fotográficas internas e externas para fins institucionais e comerciais.
  • Executar testes de iluminação, configurar equipamentos, capturar imagens, corrigir cores e aplicar retoques digitais.
  • Exportar materiais em foto, vídeo e áudio nos formatos solicitados pela gestão.
  • Acompanhar produções de imagens e vídeos, fazendo interface com produtoras especializadas quando necessário.
  • Revisar, catalogar e organizar semanalmente todo o conteúdo produzido, arquivando no servidor e na plataforma de gestão, destacando os melhores materiais.
  • Criar conteúdo diários sobre procedimentos e serviços da clínica, oferecendo suporte aos profissionais durante as gravações.
  • Estruturar e cumprir o cronograma de gravações.
  • Participar da elaboração de roteiros, contribuindo com sugestões que melhorem a narrativa, o ritmo e a atratividade dos vídeos.
  • Gravar vídeos planejados com profissionais da clínica e captar depoimentos de clientes.
  • Produzir vídeos institucionais, promocionais, educacionais e específicos conforme as necessidades da empresa.
  • Editar vídeos de acordo com a demanda: cortes, montagem, correção de cor, trilha, animação e tratamento de áudio.
  • Configurar câmeras, microfones, iluminação e toda infraestrutura necessária para captação audiovisual.
  • Criar vinhetas, animações, letterings e legendas para vídeos institucionais e conteúdo de redes sociais.
  • Orçar e negociar com produtoras parceiras, garantindo alinhamento com o budget aprovado.
  • Acompanhar gravações externas, apontando melhorias técnicas e criativas.
  • Fazer interface com áreas internas quando a demanda de vídeo for para clientes internos.
  • Acompanhar o processo de aprovação dos materiais, garantindo ajustes antes do envio final.
  • Gravar e editar vídeos curtos para redes sociais, tráfego pago, ações promocionais e demais campanhas estratégicas.
  • Sugerir e desenvolver conteúdos criativos que estimulem o engajamento e fortaleçam o conhecimento sobre os produtos e serviços da clínica.
  • Desenvolver vinhetas exclusivas para os canais oficiais da empresa.
  • Gestão de acervo e boas práticas de uso de imagem
  • Gerar insights que orientem melhorias nos próximos conteúdos
  • Apoiar campanhas de lançamentos, eventos e datas sazonais com materiais audiovisuais dedicados.
  • Garantir consistência visual em todos os vídeos, seguindo a identidade da Transformando Faces.
  • Criar e manter um style guide audiovisual (cores, trilhas, fontes, transições).
  • Manter uma rotina de backups obrigatórios de vídeos brutos e finalizados.
  • Pesquisar tendências com concorrentes e mercado de edição, captação e estética visual para manter o padrão da marca atualizado.
  • Testar novos formatos e técnicas para aumentar alcance e desempenho.
