Elle s'engage à placer chaque patient au centre de ses préoccupations grâce à ses spécialités phares telles que l'oncologie, chirurgie orthopédique, centre du dos, chirurgie plastique et esthétique, radiologie, radiothérapie et la gestion du capital santé/check\-up. Elle dispose également d'une polyclinique. Intégrée en 2002 au Swiss Medical Network SA, elle est le vaisseau amiral du groupe de cliniques privées.

Description du poste --------------------

  • Participe par un travail soigné et efficace, à la confection des repas de qualité
  • Montre de l'intérêt pour l'élaboration des mets et recherche des nouvelles recettes
  • Veille au bon emplacement des mets, choix des couleurs, respect des temps de cuisson et des quantités
  • Veille à la bonne conservation des aliments crus et cuits
  • Participe à la vie du système qualité de la cuisine
  • Participe à la formation des apprentis
  • S'emploie à maintenir une constance dans le travail
  • Organise son travail de manière rationnelle et économique
  • Présente une hygiène corpo impeccable
  • Effectue les nettoyages et les rangements journaliers
  • Prend grand soin du matériel utilisé en respectant les directives de son supérieur
  • Veille à un ordre et une propreté impeccable de son poste de travail

Qualifications --------------

  • Formation : CFC cuisine ou équivalent
  • Expérience : minimum d'1 an dans un même poste
  • Connaissances spécifiques :
  • Anglais un atout

  • Polyvalence, organisation et autonomie dans l'exécution des tâches
