The posting

La « Clinique de la Main – Genève » est un centre de chirurgie à taille humaine, spécialisé dans les affections et blessures de la main, du poignet et du coude. La Clinique offre toutes les prestations et les garanties de qualité de prise en charge, de soins chirurgicaux et de suivi que l’on peut attendre d’un groupe de spécialistes hautement qualifiés, compétents et expérimentés. En outre, un service d’ergothérapie assure une thérapie de rééducation adaptée et spécifique à notre patientèle.

Nous recherchons un(e) facturiste médical(e) expérimenté(e) à 100 %, maîtrisant la tarification TARDOC et la facturation via Medionline, pour rejoindre son équipe administrative dans un environnement professionnel, dynamique et à taille humaine.

Vos missions

  • Gestion de la facturation des consultations médicales et des interventions au bloc opératoire selon les tarifs en vigueur (TARDOC), via Medionline
  • Facturation des interventions privées selon les tarifs AMGE
  • Suivi des factures en collaboration avec la Caisse des médecins
  • Traitement des retours, demandes de renseignements et corrections auprès des assurances
  • Vérification et contrôle de l’exactitude des données de facturation
  • Collaboration avec les médecins et les équipes administratives
  • Diverses tâches administratives liées au fonctionnement de la Clinique.

Votre profil

  • Formation dans le domaine médical ou expérience jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée dans la facturation médicale en Suisse
  • Bonne maîtrise de la tarification TARDOC et du logiciel Medionline
  • Connaissance de la facturation chirurgicale, un atout
  • Élaboration de reportings sur Excel
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel (importation, structuration et analyse de données)
  • Rigueur, autonomie, discrétion et sens des responsabilités
  • Excellente organisation, gestion des priorités et esprit d’équipe
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, et niveau B2 en anglais.

Vous êtes une personne méthodique, organisée et autonome, capable de prendre des initiatives et d’assurer une facturation précise et efficace.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, la collaboration avec les professionnels de santé et faites preuve d’une grande discrétion dans le traitement des données confidentielles.
