Content \& Product Specialist
Dear applicants, you have an assignment to complete at the bottom of this job add.
Applications will not be considered if not complete.
Definition of function and mission
Clinique La Prairie is a science\-based longevity company. Its value comes from turning medical innovation into programmes that people can understand, trust and book. As Product Content \& Education Specialist, you will know that science and that offer better than anyone outside the medical team. You will turn them into the content every team uses to explain the offer, sell it and prove it.
This is a hands\-on expert role, built on writing and product knowledge. You write most of what you deliver yourself: brochures, web and sales copy, scripts, training content and briefs. Your value comes from how deeply you know the product and how well you write.
The role sits in Strategic \& Product Marketing and reports to the Head of Strategic \& Product Marketing. On one side are Innovation and Medical; on the other are Sales, Digital, PR, APAC and the properties. Product creates the content and those teams use it. Your work covers the whole guest journey, from the first video a prospect sees to the brochure a sales advisor sends and the e\-learning module a new team member completes.
In 2027, CLP's priority is to own scientific and medical excellence in longevity. No competitor holds this ground yet, and CLP's programmes and doctors already earn it. Most of the evidence exists inside the company but has not yet been made public. Your mission is to publish it accurately, in the brand's voice, across every destination.
The role succeeds when:
- Every destination presents the offer the same way, using the latest version.
- Each programme or offer update reaches every material quickly and without errors.
- Public content relies more on science, in line with the 2027 mix for Longevity Talks: 40% science, 30% performance, 30% personalities.
- The content supports the 2027 KPIs: programmes sold and average price in Montreux, content performance, and CLP's share of AI answers on scientific and medical excellence.
Responsibilities
A. Product Expertise \& Innovation\-to\-Market
Purpose: be the marketing team's reference on what CLP offers and why it works, and make sure every innovation reaches the market accurately.
- Master the full portfolio, by destination (Montreux, Health Resorts, Longevity Hubs): every programme, protocol, pillar, diagnostic and treatment, plus the CLP Method and the science behind it.
- Build and maintain the Product Knowledge Base, with one source of truth per programme: content, duration, price structure, inclusions, approved claims, medical references and differences by destination.
- Build and maintain, with Medical, a library of evidence that can be made public: studies, the scientific committee, doctor profiles, results and data.
- Be marketing's day\-to\-day contact for Innovation and Medical on product content. Follow the innovation pipeline, attend product reviews and learn about changes before they launch.
- Check scientific accuracy and claims with Medical, and with Legal where needed, before any content is published.
- For each programme or offer change, list every affected asset (brochures, toolkit, e\-learning, website, guest communications) and track it until all are updated.
- Write the launch package for each new programme or update: key messages, sales narrative, FAQs and internal briefing.
- Answer product questions from Sales, Digital, PR, Regional teams and the properties.
- Provide verified product and scientific content for the website and its knowledge base.
B. Offer \& Sales Content (Sales \& Marketing Enabling Toolkit)
Purpose: give Sales and every property the tools to present one standard offer and to hold a consultative, client\-led conversation.
- Write and maintain the content of the Sales \& Marketing Enabling Toolkit, covering Global Brand, Health Resorts, Longevity Hubs and internal enablement. Keep its SharePoint structure and version control up to date.
- Write and update brochures, one\-pagers, commercial fact sheets and programme summaries, all built on one standard offer across Resorts and Hubs.
- Write pre\-booking templates, welcome communications and guest preparation materials.
- Prepare the content package for new openings, such as the upcoming Longevity Hub in New York
- Send each update to the markets with a short note on what changed, and withdraw outdated versions.
C. Scientific \& Brand Content for the Funnel
Purpose: turn CLP's science, doctors and guest stories into content that Digital, PR, Sales and regional teams can use at each stage of the funnel.
- Write storylines, scripts and briefs for video shoots with doctors and experts, so that medical expertise becomes clear and engaging content.
- Develop topics, storylines and briefs for Longevity Talks and Guest Testimonials, with science at the centre of the mix.
- Create content for each stage of the funnel, from awareness to consideration and conversion, and adapt it to CLP's customer personas (Achiever, Optimiser, Purist), including their motivations, expectations and preferred formats.
- Write the content for educational formats aimed at prospects, such as webinars, and prepare the experts who present them.
- Provide scientific and product content for digital channels such as the website, newsletter and social media, which the Digital team then publishes. The scope may later extend to newsletter strategy.
- Write background content on programmes, experts and CLP's scientific credentials to support PR.
- Brief regional adaptations so that each market has relevant proof, voices and language versions.
- Give product and scientific input to brand campaigns and video productions.
D. Internal Education \& Enablement
Purpose: make sure everyone who speaks for CLP understands the offer, the science and the brand, and can explain them with confidence.
- Write the annual brand and product education agenda.
- Lead the e\-learning project end to end: write the scripts for the quarterly modules, organise and brief the video shoots, and coordinate the launch with HR, building on the three chapters already delivered.
- Write and present product training for Sales and property teams at each launch and opening.
- Write onboarding materials and internal fact sheets for new and existing teams.
- Propose a simple way to check product knowledge after each module, such as a short quiz or certification.
Profile requirements
Education \& experience
- A degree in communication, journalism, literature or marketing. A background in life sciences, health or nutrition is a strong plus. A science degree combined with a proven copywriting record will also be considered.
- 3 to 5 years as a copywriter, content writer, editor or journalist, ideally for scientific, medical, health, beauty or luxury brands (for example pharma, medtech, dermo\-cosmetics, medical wellness or luxury hospitality).
- A writing portfolio is required. It should show premium brand copy and complex science explained for non\-specialists. Shortlisted candidates complete a writing test.
- Fluent English (written to publication standard) and French. German, Italian, Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
Skills \& competencies
Copywriting and editorial (the core of the role)
- An outstanding copywriter in English, writing to publication standard: headlines, brochure and web copy, sales copy, video and webinar scripts, social captions and newsletter content.
- Writes long\-form content (brochures, dossiers, e\-learning) and short\-form content (one\-pagers, captions, hooks) with the same precision.
- Turns complex medical and scientific information into clear, accurate and compelling copy, without overclaiming.
- Adapts tone for guests, sales advisors, partners, press and internal teams, and keeps the CLP brand voice consistent across every destination.
- Edits and proofreads rigorously, both their own copy and other people's.
- Has a strong visual eye for photography, video and layout, in line with CLP's luxury and scientific identity.
Product and scientific mastery
- Able to read a clinical study or scientific paper and explain it accurately in plain language.
- Understands longevity, diagnostics, biomarkers and cellular health, and knows the difference between evidence, claims and marketing language.
- Learns a complex portfolio quickly and keeps the details precise.
- Asks the questions that doctors and Innovation need to answer before content is published.
Organisation and ownership
- Owns recurring content cycles and completes updates without senior follow\-up.
- Keeps many documents, versions and deadlines moving at the same time, with strict version control.
Collaboration
- Works easily with doctors, scientists, Innovation, Operations, Sales, PR, Creative, Digital and local teams, across cultures.
- Proactive, autonomous and solution\-oriented.
Tools
- Strong PowerPoint ,Word, and Excel skills; Indesign and other graphic tools are a plus.
- Comfortable with SharePoint libraries and structured content systems.

- Sources: use credible public sources, such as scientific studies, medical societies and recognised market research. Name the source of every figure or study you use.
