Afin de compléter son équipe infirmière, la Clinic Les Alpes cherche à recruter un(e) infirmier(ère).

Dans un cadre exceptionnel, La Clinic Les Alpes est un établissement de soins privé dont la mission est d’accompagner des patients originaires du monde entier, souffrant de problèmes de dépendance avec ou sans substance ainsi que présentant une problématique de santé mentale (trauma, dépression, stress, burn\-out, anxiété, etc.).

Relevant de l’infirmier chef, les responsabilités et les fonctions essentielles du poste comprennent, sans s’y limiter :

Tâches principales

  • Dispenser des soins relationnels, de médecine intégrative et somatiques afin d’assurer la continuité et la qualité du projet de soins.
  • Gérer les situations de crise en y apportant une réponse adaptée et adéquate tout en s’appuyant sur les ressources disponibles
  • Créer, renforcer et maintenir une relation thérapeutique avec des patients aux origines culturelles diverses et variées
  • Accompagner des patients lors de sorties thérapeutiques, médicales ou récréatives en assurant la fluidité des échanges avec les différents prestataires externes tout en portant le cadre thérapeutique élaboré pour le contexte, nécessitant parfois de devoir se rendre à l’étranger.
  • Développer en collaboration avec l’infirmier chef et les autres départements des projets d’accompagnements ou d’améliorations continus
  • Participer activement aux activités de supervision (individuel et d’équipe)
  • Animer des groupes thérapeutiques et psycho\-éducatifs

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme HES infirmier ou un titre jugé équivalent reconnu par les autorités
  • Langues parlées Français, Anglais (lu, parlé et écrit) minimum B2
  • Expérience en psychiatrie et addiction
  • Ouverture d’esprit, capacité d'écoute et disponibilité
  • Esprit d’équipe, sens du relationnel
  • Motivation, autonomie, polyvalence, empathie, rigueur
  • Grande capacité d’adaptation et d’intégration
  • Aptitude à collaborer au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Sens de la discrétion
