The posting

Située à l’est de la Belgique, notre Clinique à taille humaine souhaite renforcer son équipe pluridisciplinaire de la MSP grâce au projet « GET UP Wallonia ». Nous proposons un poste de psychologue à temps partiel (19 heures par semaine), dont la durée et les possibilités de renouvellement dépendront de conditions de financement du projet.

Une partie de cette fonction a pour objectif de répondre aux besoins psychologiques et psychosociaux des résidents et de leurs proches, ainsi qu’à soutenir les professionnels dans leur accompagnement quotidien.

Les psychologues de l’institution sont intégrés aux équipes pluridisciplinaires. Ils contribuent, avec les autres professionnels, à la compréhension des situations rencontrées, à l’élaboration des projets de soins et à leur mise en œuvre. Cette collaboration repose sur le partage des expertises, la concertation et une approche centrée sur le résident.

Votre fonction :

Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur du département des soins de l’établissement, vous travaillez en collaboration avec les médecins et l’équipe pluridisciplinaire de la MSP. Vous avez pour principale mission le traitement des patients/résidents souffrant de problèmes psychiques ou psychosomatiques afin d’améliorer leur bien-être psychologique et psychosocial.

Dans ce cadre, vous :

¿ Vous intervenez prioritairement en milieu résidentiel, mais éventuellement aussi à domicile.

¿ Vous animez des groupes de parole et de psychoéducation pour les résidents.

¿ Vous apportez un soutien aux professionnels dans les situations rencontrées au quotidien, notamment par des temps d’échange, de sensibilisation et de réflexion autour de leurs pratiques.

¿ Vous participez à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des plans de soins des résidents.

¿ Vous prenez contact avec les intervenants psycho-médico-sociaux dans le secteur gériatrique et participez à l’élargissement de notre réseau.
