At Clipper Bulk, we are looking for an IT Operations & Support Specialist to join our IT team at our headquarters in Copenhagen.
This is an opportunity to become a key part of our IT function, ensuring reliable day-to-day support while gradually taking on broader responsibilities within IT operations, Microsoft 365 and infrastructure.
As IT Operations & Support Specialist, you will play an important role in keeping our IT environment running smoothly and supporting colleagues across the organisation. You will take ownership of daily IT support in close collaboration with the rest of the IT team, while also contributing to the maintenance, improvement and development of our IT systems.
Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility for operational tasks and smaller IT projects.
What will be your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing hands-on IT support and troubleshooting for colleagues
- Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online and Intune
- Supporting device management, user administration and employee onboarding and offboarding
- Handling day-to-day IT operational tasks and ensuring system stability
- Supporting identity and access management, endpoint security and IT infrastructure
- Maintaining IT documentation, procedures and best practices
- Identifying opportunities to improve and automate IT processes
- Participating in smaller IT operations and infrastructure projects
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external IT service providers

You are comfortable taking responsibility for day-to-day support, but you are also curious about the technology behind the systems and motivated to expand your technical capabilities. You don't just wait for the next support ticket. You take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement and follow tasks through to completion.
We imagine that you bring:
- Practical experience with IT support and technical troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID and related services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, endpoint management and Windows client administration
- A good understanding of user management, access rights and IT security principles
- A structured and independent approach to solving technical challenges
- Good communication skills and a service-minded attitude
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with IT security and endpoint security solutions, network infrastructure, PowerShell, IT automation, identity and access management, IT projects or AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot would be an advantage, but is not a requirement
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

The recruitment process consists of two interview rounds. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first interview conducted via video call. Candidates progressing to the second round will be invited to an in-person interview and asked to complete a personality assessment and a logical reasoning test beforehand.
