Clockwork söker en erfaren interim enhetschef inom verksamhetsnära HR för ett konsultuppdrag inom offentlig sektor i Stockholm. Uppdraget är på heltid med preliminär start den 1 december 2026 och pågår initialt i sex månader, med möjlighet till tre månaders förlängning. Vi söker dig med gedigen bakgrund inom HR, flerårig chefserfarenhet och vana av att leda verksamhetsnära och operativt HR-arbete.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som enhetschef kommer du att leda, styra och följa upp enhetens verksamhet. Du ansvarar för att utveckla det verksamhetsnära HR-arbetet och säkerställa att organisationens chefer får ett verksamhetsanpassat och rättssäkert HR-stöd.

Uppdraget omfattar verksamhets-, budget- och personalansvar och du kommer även att leda andra chefer. Du arbetar tillsammans med chefer och medarbetare för att utveckla arbetssätt och säkerställa att HR-stödet möter verksamhetens behov.

I uppdraget ingår bland annat att:

  • Leda och utveckla enhetens verksamhet utifrån organisationens mål och prioriteringar.
  • Planera, driva och följa upp verksamheten samt ansvara för resultat, budget och personal.
  • Leda andra chefer och skapa förutsättningar för ett tydligt och samordnat ledarskap.
  • Utveckla arbetssätt och säkerställa ett verksamhetsnära och rättssäkert HR-stöd.
  • Samverka med chefer, ledningsgrupper, andra delar av organisationen samt fackliga parter.

Din profil

För att vara aktuell för uppdraget behöver du:

  • Ha minst fem års erfarenhet av chefsuppdrag med verksamhets-, budget- och personalansvar.
  • Ha minst tre års erfarenhet av att som chef leda verksamhetsnära och operativt HR-arbete inom offentlig sektor.
  • Erfarenheten ska ha förvärvats under de senaste två åren.
  • Ha en personalvetarutbildning eller annan högskoleutbildning om minst 180 högskolepoäng med inriktning mot personal- och arbetslivsfrågor.
  • Ha erfarenhet av att ansvara för och leda verksamhetsnära HR-stöd till chefer.
  • Ha minst två års erfarenhet av att leda andra chefer, där erfarenheten omfattar arbete under de senaste två åren.
  • Kunna kommunicera obehindrat på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Som person är du en trygg och erfaren ledare med god förståelse för såväl HR-frågor som offentlig verksamhet. Du är van att arbeta nära verksamheten och dess chefer och har förmågan att snabbt sätta dig in i en ny organisation, skapa struktur och driva arbetet framåt.
