LC-Tec är ett innovativt produktbolag med en stark teknisk plattform och patenterad teknologi som specialiserar sig på optiska komponenter baserade på flytande kristallteknik (LC). Beläget i Borlänge, med ca 25 anställda, har företaget över 30 års erfarenhet av att designa och tillverka LC-baserade produkter. Här utvecklas högprecisionsoptik/filter till avancerade videokameror, AR/smarta glasögon med mera där USA och Asien utgör de största marknaderna. Tillverkning sker internt och hos kontraktstillverkare för större volymer.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

LC-Tec söker en ingenjör till vårt Processteknik team som ansvarar för att planera, koordinera och genomföra aktiviteter för införande av nya produkter, process-/produktförändringar och kvalitetsförbättringar. Det innefattar att utveckla rätt tillverkningsmetod och att förutsättningar finns för att kunna tillverka produkterna till rätt kvalitet, tid och kostnad. Teamet ansvarar även för flytt av processer/produkter till extern tillverkare.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar:

· Införande av nya produkter till tillverkning (intern/extern)

· Utveckling, uppföljning och kvalificering av tillverkningsprocesser.

· Aktivt deltagande i olika utvecklings-, förbättrings- och investeringsprojekt som specialist inom tillverkningsprocesser.

· Överföring av produkter till externa tillverkare.

· Initiering och implementering av förbättringar och besparingar av produkter och processer

· Kontakt med kunder, leverantörer och andra tillverkande, externa, företag.

Din profil

Vi söker dig med en ingenjörsexamen eller motsvarande flerårig erfarenhet från tillverkande industri – gärna med fokus på processutveckling. Stor vikt läggs vid dina personliga egenskaper, då rollen kräver förtroende och samarbetsförmåga i nära dialog med kollegor, kunder, leverantörer och ledning. Vi söker dig som är kommunikativ, ansvarsfull och har ett lösningsorienterat synsätt. Eftersom majoriteten av våra kunder, leverantörer och samarbetspartners är internationella, förekommer utlandsresor. Därför är det ett krav att du behärskar engelska obehindrat i både tal och skrift. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Du förväntas vara på plats vid LC-Tec:s anläggning i Borlänge flera dagar i veckan. Tillträde sker enligt överenskommelse och vi tillämpar kollektivavtal.
