Om företaget

Sven Jinert AB är ett svenskt, privatägt företag som sedan 1988 har specialiserat sig på lyft, specialtransporter och tunggodshantering. Med cirka 450 medarbetare på ett 30-tal orter i Sverige erbjuder Jinert moderna maskiner och kompletta lösningar för både små och stora uppdrag. Företaget växer och satsar långsiktigt på att utveckla verksamheten – och nu är Skellefteå en viktig del av den resan.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Tillsammans med erfarna och drivna kollegor ser du till att våra gaffelmaskiner, mobilkranar och kranbilar hamnar på rätt plats vid rätt tid. Du tar emot beställningar, planerar och samordnar transporter samt följer upp tidrapporter och har koll på faktureringsunderlag. Du har också kontakt med kunder och hanterar bland annat tillstånd, dispenser och besiktningar.

Du måste gilla när det händer mycket, för här är den ena dagen aldrig den andra lik! Det gäller att kunna se helheten, prioritera och hitta lösningar som fungerar för både kunder och verksamheten. Det krävs också ett mod att utifrån din kunskap och erfarenhet kunna fatta snabba beslut. Vi jobbar som ett lag och stöttar varandra både när det blir tokigt och när vi lyckas med något bra.

Du utgår från vårt nybyggda regionkontor i Skellefteå och har ett nära samarbete med kollegor i både Gällivare och Luleå.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som framför allt är handlingskraftig, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du klarar av att hantera flera parallella processer och kan växla obehindrat mellan olika arbetsuppgifter. Vidare är du en person som vågar fatta beslut och har lätt för att samarbeta och vi värdesätter ditt driv, din nyfikenhet och din vilja att lära dig. Vi tror inte att du behöver kunna allt från början, men du behöver vilja förstå verksamheten och bidra till att den fungerar ännu bättre.

Har du erfarenhet från transport, logistik, åkeri eller maskiner är det ett plus, men din inställning och förmåga att lösa problem är minst lika viktig.
