Är du en erfaren utredare med bakgrund från kommunal verksamhet och god förståelse för politiska beslutsprocesser? Nu söker vi på Clockwork en utredare till ett kvalificerat konsultuppdrag inom offentlig verksamhet i södra Stockholm. Uppdraget är på heltid i sex månader, med start så snart som möjligt men senast 1 december 2026, och med möjlighet till förlängning.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som utredare får du ett brett och kvalificerat uppdrag med fokus på samordning, utredning samt planering och uppföljning. En central del av rollen innebär att samordna stödet till en politisk nämnd, ansvara för kontakter med nämndordförande samt ha ett övergripande ansvar för beredning och verkställighet av beslut.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Samordna arbete och leda insatser över organisatoriska gränser
  • Ansvara för kontakter kopplade till den politiska nämndens arbete
  • Arbeta med beredning och verkställighet av beslut
  • Självständigt ta fram ärenden och tjänsteskrivelser till nämnd
  • Arbeta med planering, uppföljning och intern kontroll på nämndnivå
  • Samordna och hålla ihop en utvärdering av nämndens organisation och stödstruktur
  • Genomföra utredningsarbete kopplat till vidareutveckling av verksamhetens politiska berednings- och beslutsorganisation.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av kvalificerat utredningsarbete och är van vid att självständigt driva komplexa frågor. För att vara aktuell för uppdraget är det ett krav att du har erfarenhet av kommunal verksamhet och politisk beredning.

Du behöver även ha erfarenhet av:

  • Att leda arbete över organisatoriska gränser
  • Att självständigt utarbeta tjänsteskrivelser till nämnd
  • Planerings- och uppföljningsarbete på nämndnivå

Som person ser vi att du är självständig, strukturerad och analytisk, med förmåga att skapa framdrift i komplexa frågor. Eftersom uppdraget innebär många kontaktytor ser vi också att du är kommunikativ och trygg i att samordna olika parter och intressen.
