About Us Closet Factory, a leader in custom closets and home organization since 1983, is locally owned and operated in Charlotte, NC. We specialize in high-quality, tailored storage solutions that transform living spaces.

Position Summary We are seeking a Custom Closet Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with cabinetry or carpentry skills who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with assembly and installation of custom closet systems
  • Read and follow blueprints and design plans
  • Use hand and power tools safely
  • Ensure quality workmanship and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Cabinetry/carpentry experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Punctual, dependable, and eager to learn
