  • Typical First-Year Pro: $60,000 – $100,000

You aren't just selling "closets." You’re transforming lives by designing custom home offices, garage cabinetry, sleek pantries, and luxury wall beds.

Are You The One?

We aren't looking for "order takers." We want driven, organized, and persuasive who pair a systematic approach with a genuine passion for making the deal happen

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: 2+ years of high-level in-home consultative sales.
  • Grit: You love the 100% commission environment and take accountability for your results.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, CRM, and basic CAD.
  • Mobility: Reliable wheels to get you to appointments across the Seattle area.

Bonus Points:

  • A background in space planning, remodeling, or interior design.
  • A "rolodex" of builders, architects, or designers.

Training Start Date: September 24, 2026

Our next paid training cycle kicks off at our Bothell, WA location on May 1st. We provide the technology and the tools—you bring the fire.
