We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Transcriptionist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transcribing medical reports, summaries, office visit notes, and other medical documents from audio recordings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of medical terminology. ## Responsibilities

  • Transcribe and edit recorded medical dictations for various healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents.
  • Review and verify patient information for accuracy.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify any discrepancies in dictations.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.

Required Skills

Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in medical transcription.
