CloudBilling ontwikkelt en implementeert een toonaangevend platform voor facturatie binnen het MSP‑ecosysteem. Onze klanten zijn (internationale) Managed Service Providers die werken met complexe proposities, meerdere vendoren en hoge volumes. Wij helpen hen grip te krijgen op schaalbare processen, automatisering en inzicht.

De rol

Als Consultant met MSP‑ervaring ben jij de schakel tussen onze software en de dagelijkse praktijk van een Managed Service Provider. Jij begrijpt hoe een MSP opereert — van sales tot service delivery en billing — en weet deze kennis te vertalen naar slimme, werkbare implementaties bij klanten. Je werkt in projecten bij MSP‑klanten en draagt daarnaast actief bij aan het versterken van deze domeinkennis binnen CloudBilling zelf.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren & verbeteren van MSP‑processen Je analyseert hoe MSP’s werken (o.a. pricing, bundels, contracten, verbruik, escalaties) en vertaalt dit naar een optimale inrichting van CloudBilling en mogelijkheden voor productontwikkeling.
  • Software‑implementaties bij MSP’s Je begeleidt klanten bij de implementatie van ons platform, met focus op schaalbaarheid, automatisering en operationele haalbaarheid.
  • Sparringpartner voor klanten Je bent een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor consultants, service delivery managers en operations bij MSP’s.
  • Kennisversterking intern Je brengt MSP‑best‑practices actief onze organisatie in en helpt collega’s beter begrijpen hoe een MSP denkt en werkt.
  • Complexe vraagstukken oplossen Je helpt bij uitzonderingen, maatwerkcases en complexe configuraties die typisch zijn voor MSP‑omgevingen.
  • Training & adoptie Je traint klanten in het effectief gebruik van CloudBilling en draagt bij aan documentatie en kennisdeling.

  • Kennis van MSP‑processen zoals: pricing en facturatie managed services en SLA beheer vendor‑ en cloudproposities (bijv. Microsoft, AWS, CSP)
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en procesmatig denken.
  • Affiniteit met IT, SaaS en cloud‑ecosystemen.
  • Je communiceert helder met zowel business als techniek.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
