Jako część zespołu Enterprise Architecture będziesz wyznaczać standardy architektoniczne i inżynieryjne dla całej organizacji oraz bezpośrednio wspierać zespoły produktowe przy najbardziej wymagających projektach (m.in. przetwarzanie danych satelitarnych dla ESA).

Co będzie należało do Twoich zadań?

· Tworzenie standardów: Definiowanie wzorców architektonicznych w obszarach Observability, CI/CD, GitOps oraz Kubernetes.

· Wsparcie zespołów: Pomoc i consulting dla zespołów deweloperskich przy trudnych wyzwaniach technologicznych, wydajnościowych i integracyjnych.

· Proaktywny wkład: Udział w projektowaniu rozwiązań o wysokiej dostępności i skalowalności od strony technicznej i biznesowej.

· Quality & Practices: Promowanie dobrych praktyk pisania kodu (Python/Go), testowania (TDD), Code Review oraz optymalizacji procesów z wykorzystaniem narzędzi AI.

Tech Stack & Standardy:

· Core & Code: Python, Golang (znajomość lub chęć nauki), Linux

· Observability Standard: Prometheus, Thanos / Prometheus Operator, ELK

· CI/CD & GitOps: ArgoCD, Git, OpenTofu

· Data & Messaging: PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ

· Mile widziane: NATS, Temporal, OpenBao

Oczekujemy od Ciebie:

· Min. 8 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego w budowaniu wydajnych systemów rozproszonych i znajomość wyzwań architektonicznych.

· Bardzo dobra znajomość Pythona lub Golanga oraz wysokie standardy czystego kodu.

· Zrozumienie Kubernetes z perspektywy aplikacji oraz umiejętność debugowania skomplikowanych problemów na K8s.

· Doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu standardów CI/CD, GitOps oraz Observability (Prometheus/Thanos).

· Umiejętność dzielenia się wiedzą, prowadzenia dyskusji merytorycznych i wspierania innych inżynierów.

· Wykształcenie wyższe (informatyka/pokrewne) oraz komunikatywny język angielski.

· Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej (min. 3 dni w tygodniu z biura w Warszawie).
