The posting

Culture at CloudifyOps: Working at CloudifyOps is a rewarding experience. Great people, a work environment that thrives on creativity, and the opportunity to take on roles beyond a defined job description are just some of the reasons you should work with us. About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented partner operations executive to own the back-end operations of our AWS and GCP partnerships. You will run the partner portals end to end, covering opportunity registration, deal tracking, funding requests and program compliance. You will also be the first to know when the hyperscalers change programs or funding, and make sure our sales and delivery teams act on those changes. The role is expected to expand to Azure. What you will do : 1. Partner portal management (AWS and GCP) Own day-to-day operations on the AWS Partner Central (APN) portal and the GCP Partner Advantage portal. Create, update and track opportunities, and keep stage, value, close date and customer details accurate and current. Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to collect the inputs needed for opportunity registration, co-sell and deal validation. Raise and track funding requests for POCs, migration/modernization programs, and other partner-funded initiatives, following each request through to approval and closure. Manage portal users, roles, access and account hygiene. 2. MDF and funding tracking Track Market Development Funds (MDF) and other co-funding programs across AWS and GCP. Maintain a tracker of funds claimed, approved, utilized and pending. Prepare claims with the required supporting documents, and coordinate with marketing and sales so claims are filed within deadlines. Flag unused or expiring funds early so the business can use them. 3. Program and policy tracking Monitor changes to AWS and GCP partner programs, incentives, competencies / specializations, funding policies and portal workflows. Summarize relevant updates and brief leadership, sales and marketing, with suggested actions. Track eligibility and requirements for partner tiers, competencies, and programs such as migration and AI/GenAI initiatives. 4. Reporting Send periodic updates (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to AWS and GCP Alliance/Account Managers on pipeline, registered opportunities, wins and funding status. Prepare internal reports for leadership on pipeline hygiene, funding utilization, program opportunities and risks. Prepare input for business reviews with AWS and GCP. 5. Stakeholder co-ordination Work with AWS and GCP partner and account managers, and with internal sales, marketing, finance and delivery teams. Escalate stuck approvals, rejected claims and portal issues, and follow up until resolved. Prepare for future expansion to Azure and set up processes and templates that can be reused across clouds. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in partner operations, alliance operations, sales operations, or a similar back-end role, preferably in a cloud services, IT services or SaaS company. Hands-on experience with AWS Partner Central (APN) and/or GCP Partner Advantage portals is strongly preferred. Understanding of cloud partner ecosystems: co-sell, opportunity registration, MDF/funding programs, and competencies. Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, with working knowledge of dashboards and tracking. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to work directly with hyperscaler managers. Strong follow-through: organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred). Good to Have Exposure to Microsoft Azure partner programs (Partner Center). Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar). Basic knowledge of AWS/GCP services and migration/modernization concepts. Experience with funding claims and audit processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
