Ben jij een hands-on Salesforce Functional Consultant die energie krijgt van klantcontact, requirements ophalen, het inrichten van de Salesforce-configuratie, gebruikerstraining, en af en toe wat project management, en het verschil wil maken voor gebruikers en bedrijven? Cloudmuscle groeit, en binnenkort hebben we een mooie fulltime kans voor een Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant die ons betrokken, vooruitdenkende team komt versterken.

De rol

Als Senior Functional Salesforce Consultant werk je aan uiteenlopende klantprojecten. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige traject: van het analyseren van business requirements, het vertalen daarvan naar Salesforce-oplossingen, tot het inrichten van Salesforce zodat het aansluit bij de wensen van de klant. Daarnaast geef je training en support aan eindgebruikers en werk je samen met stakeholders om projecten succesvol op te leveren.

• Werk samen met klanten om business requirements, user stories en toekomstige behoeften te analyseren, en pak uitdagingen aan als kansen om te groeien.

• Ontwerp intuïtieve Salesforce-oplossingen voor procesautomatisering, een betere gebruikerservaring en datamodellering.

• Richt Salesforce Flows in en gebruik declaratieve tools, en communiceer custom development requirements duidelijk naar Technical Consultants.

• Bepaal waardevolle reports en dashboards waarmee klanten hun succes goed kunnen meten.

• Beheer stakeholderrelaties proactief, en zorg voor afstemming en tevredenheid gedurende het hele project.

• Zorg dat projecten op tijd en binnen budget worden opgeleverd, in een samenwerkende en ondersteunende teamomgeving.

• Denk mee in pre-sales activiteiten: voer discovery-sessies uit en stel strategische Salesforce-roadmaps voor.

Wat we zoeken

Bachelor- of masterdiploma

4+ jaar ervaring met Salesforce-technologie

Sterke vaardigheden in Salesforce-configuratietools

Praktijkervaring met verschillende Salesforce-producten (zoals Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience), en ervaring met het implementeren van complexe oplossingen op basis van beschikbare clouds en custom development

Aantoonbaar vermogen om effectief samen te werken met klanten en teams, business processen te vertalen naar Salesforce-oplossingen en de belangrijkste architectuurconcepten te begrijpen

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels; Nederlands is een vereiste

Relevante Salesforce-certificeringen zoals: AI Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst, App Builder, Admin, Advanced Admin

Ervaring in de Recruitment en Staffing sector is een grote plus!

Oog voor detail: precisie is belangrijk bij het inrichten en aanpassen van Salesforce.

Probleemoplosser: je kunt issues oplossen, systeemprestaties helpen optimaliseren, en het grotere plaatje zien als het gaat om solution design en meerdere gekoppelde systemen.

Nieuwsgierig: je blijft leren, over Salesforce-releases, best practices en certificeringen.

Samenwerkingsgericht en een goede communicator: je werkt goed samen met consultants, business teams en developers, en bent een uitstekende probleemoplosser die snel kan schakelen.

Klantgericht: je begrijpt de behoeften van eindgebruikers en zorgt voor een soepele gebruikerservaring.
