About CloudTalk

CloudTalk is an AI-powered business phone system and AI Voice Agent platform built for sales and support teams. It brings business calling, AI-powered call intelligence, and autonomous AI voice agents together in one platform, helping small and mid-sized businesses make more calls, handle more conversations, and deliver better customer experiences.

Serving customers in 160+ countries, CloudTalk is backed by $36M in funding from leading investors, including KPN Ventures, Point Nine, and HenQ. We’re investing in making AI a natural part of every business conversation and helping companies get more value from every call.

With a team of 200 people, CloudTalk values growth, innovation, teamwork, customer focus, and human connection. The company moves fast, builds for the future, and cares deeply about creating products and a culture that people genuinely love.

About the role

A feature ships on Tuesday. By Friday, the docs, the in-app tour and the answers our AI tools give are correct, and a person has reviewed them. This role makes that the normal week.

We're creating a new role in Product Marketing to own how we teach customers and our own teams how CloudTalk works. We're looking for a product educator who can build systems: someone who knows how to teach, and uses AI and automation to do it at the pace we ship.

CloudTalk ships more than 100 releases a quarter. Keeping documentation, guides and in-app help in step with that pace by hand doesn't scale, so this role is about building the systems that do it: documentation that updates as the product ships, AI that drafts and checks, and a clear view of what people need to learn. You'll put AI to work in a structured, repeatable way, decide what we teach, and keep improving the rules behind the systems so quality gets better over time.

It starts with the product. You'll know CloudTalk inside out, understand what each change means for the people using it, and decide which parts of the work AI does and which parts need you. If you get excited about product and enjoy explaining it, you'll feel at home: you'll present to customers and to our own teams, in webinars, sessions and how-tos.

We want someone who has built the workflow, not just used ChatGPT to draft content. This is a new role with no playbook: we'll set priorities together, and the first 90 days focus on the docs system and the most-asked topics. You'll work closely with Product, Support and Marketing.

The work runs at three levels:

  1. Keep up with releases. Systems that keep docs, tours and screenshots in step with what ships. Success: docs are current within a week of a release, without anyone having to ask.
  2. Educate on bigger changes in how the product works. How-to launches that help customers and our teams adopt bigger changes. Success: a how-to launch run end to end, with in-app guidance reported against activation and adoption goals.
  3. Improve what we have. Systems that show what customers and our teams keep asking, so we fix the content that matters most. Success: fewer "how do I" tickets on the topics we fixed.

What success looks like

First 90 days

  • A working system that turns product changes into documentation updates, with a weekly review in place.
  • A recurring view of the most asked topics, with the first ones fixed.
  • Product tours checked against the current product, with a system to keep them current.
  • One how-to launch run end to end.

Ongoing

  • Docs are current within a week of a release, without anyone having to ask.
  • Fewer "how do I" tickets on the topics we fixed.
  • In-app flows and education content reported against activation and adoption goals.
  • Our AI tools give the same answer a good Support agent would.

What you'll do

1. Keep up with releases

  • Build systems that update product documentation automatically as the product ships.
  • Set up the review process: every change checked by a person, whether a person or AI wrote it, and every mistake fed back into the rules.
  • Run and extend our release notes automation.
  • Build regular checks that compare docs, tours and screenshots against the live product and flag what drifted.
  • Keep product facts accurate for the AI tools that answer customers and our teams.

2. Educate on changes in how the product works

  • Run how-to launches end to end for changes in how the product works, like a new analytics experience or navigation: from docs and in-app guidance to technical how-to for our teams.
  • Keep in-app guidance up to date and report on how it performs against activation and adoption goals.
  • Keep interactive demos and how-to content current for prospects and new customers.
  • Run internal and external product education sessions and webinars for new releases.

3. Improve what we have

What we're looking for

  • You've owned product content in a SaaS company: docs, onboarding, product education or enablement. Teaching people how a product works is the core of what you do.
  • You can look at a product change and see what it means for customers and our teams: what they need to know, do differently or set up.
  • You write clearly and plainly, and you can explain a setup in five steps instead of fifteen.
  • You also build: you've built systems with AI, not just used it: a workflow, an automation, a docs pipeline. You use them to scale your teaching, not to replace it.
  • You know where AI helps and where it doesn't, and you decide which work AI takes on and which work stays with you.
  • You decide from data: what people search, ask and get stuck on, and what moves activation.
  • You're comfortable in Claude, GitHub and Markdown, or keen to learn fast.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Mintlify, Appcues, Storylane or similar tools.
  • Background in telephony, contact center or sales software.
  • Additional languages.

Why you will love to be a CloudTalker

Unlimited PTO that people actually take. Fully remote with four European hubs. A coach you can book, a career path in writing, and equity when you deliver. Here's the full package.

Get better, faster

  • 💬 A coach you can actually book. Recurring 1-on-1 sessions with our resident coach. A real conversation about your career, on company time.
  • 🪜 Promotions without guesswork. Our job-leveling framework is transparent: every level and its expectations, in writing. You'll always know what the next step requires and where you stand.
  • 📈 A path to equity. At CloudTalk, equity is earned over time. Seniority, tenure, and consistent impact, together, are what get you there. Not an automatic perk. Something you grow into.

Work the way you work best

  • 🌴 Unlimited PTO, and we mean it. Taking 30 days a year is normal here. Deliver beyond expectations, and you've bought yourself room for more.
  • 🌍 The right setup for your role. Depending on the team, you’ll either work from one of our hubs four days a week or have the option to work fully remotely. Our offices are fully equipped and centrally located.
  • ⏰ Flexible hours, built around your team. Start early or shift late as life needs it. Be there for meetings and your team's core overlap; how you arrange the rest of your day is yours.
  • 💻 Gear that doesn't fight you. A MacBook for work, plus a home-office allowance to build a setup you like sitting at.

Rest like you mean it

  • 🔋 Recharge Fridays: 4 extra all-company days off a year. Once a quarter, everyone is off at the same time. You come back to zero pings, not a doubled backlog. That's the point.
  • 🏃 Fitness allowance. Gym, climbing, yoga, whatever keeps you moving. You choose, we pay.

People worth staying for

  • 💸 Up to €5,000 per referral. You know great engineers. When we hire one of them, you get paid for it.
  • ✈️ Two offsites a year worth packing a bag for. The all-company offsite (last year: Tuscany 🇮🇹) plus a dedicated R&D offsite, both somewhere remote enough that people actually talk.
  • 👕 Fresh CloudTalk swag every year, with a points system to earn more.

What to expect from our hiring process

  1. 30-min Call with our TA Team.
  2. 45-min Interview with our Product Marketing Director
  3. 60-min Case Study Presentation
  4. 30-min Culture Bar Raiser Call

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
