The posting

A travers la France, nos entités – ABC Cours Particuliers, ABC Formation Continue et ABC Conseil – accompagnent enfants, adultes et professionnels avec des solutions sur mesure en soutien scolaire, formation continue et bilans de compétences.

Afin de soutenir notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) Conseiller Commercial. Ta mission principale sera de contribuer activement à l’acquisition de nouveaux clients et au développement de notre réseau d’apporteurs d’affaires. Concrètement, ton poste consistera à : · Développer et animer un réseau d’apporteurs d’affaires · Réaliser des actions de prospection commerciale (téléphone, digital…) · Qualifier les prospects (setter) · Conseiller les clients et identifier leurs besoins · Assurer la vente et la conclusion des contrats (closing) · Participer à la fidélisation et au suivi client

Tu travailleras en lien direct avec l’équipe commerciale et participeras activement à la croissance de l’activité.

Ton profil :

  • Bac +2 validé dans le domaine du commerce ou de la vente
  • Première expérience réussie en commerce/vente souhaitée
  • Appétence forte pour le développement commercial
  • À l’aise dans la relation client et la négociation
  • Capacité à prospecter et à convaincre
  • Dynamique et autonome
  • Bonne expression orale et sens du contact Informations pratiques : · Date de démarrage : septembre 2026 · Poste basé à Lyon – Quartier Part Dieu. · Télétravail partiel sous conditions. · Présence possible le samedi (½ journée) · Abonnement TCL pris en charge à 50% Rémunération : selon la grille légale de l’alternance, selon âge et profil.
