3DファッションデザインソフトウェアのCLO、Marvelous Designer、Jinnyや、デジタルファッションに特化したプラットフォームであるCLO-SET、CONNECTを提供し、衣装に関するすべての領域で効率的で持続可能なワークフローを実現します。さらに、これらのソリューションは、CLOのシステムとして、現物とデジタル衣装の相互作用を可能にします。

デジタルファッション市場をグローバルにリードするCLO Virtual Fashionは、現在アジア、北米、欧州、南米などの11カ国に計13箇所のオフィスを展開しており、世界中の多数の顧客企業と共にさらなる事業拡大を進めています。

Position Overview

CLO Virtual Fashionでは、ファッションブランド、ベンダー、カーシートのサンプル、家具インテリア業者、メタバース産業などに幅広く利用されている３DシミュレーションソフトウェアのBusiness Development Managerを募集いたします。

本職務の主要なミッションは日本国内マーケットのトレンドを読み取り、分析することから始まります。クロバーチャルファッションのグローバルな経験と日本マーケットの特性に基づいた戦略を立て、顧客に当社のビジョンと製品、ソリューションを提供し、３D活用プロセスの導入をリードします。同時にプロジェクトを共に推進しているチームとの協力を通じて、各クライアントに適切なサポートと教育が提供される様、マネジメントいたします。これらのことから国内マーケットで、クロバーチャルファッションのプロダクト及びブランドの確固たる地位を築きます。

Responsibilities

  • 現在および潜在顧客の内部プロセスを分析し、3D活用に関する提案と相談を実施
  • クライアント向けの資料作成およびプレゼンテーションを実施
  • プロセス導入過程と契約及びセールスの管理
  • クライアントの提案事項について、継続的なメール・電話・ミーティングを通じた顧客サポート
  • 日本市場に適合する形態で、クロバーチャルファッションのビジョンおよびCLO-SET・CLOのプロセスを構築
  • 国内のアパレル産業のトレンドを分析し、ビジネスを企画
  • 新規パートナーの発掘および関係構築
  • 展示会、ユーザーサミットなど、各種イベントの企画と進行

Qualifications

  • ファッション企業の内部企画・生産・マーケティングプロセスの革新に参加した経験
  • 15年以上の事業開発・営業・マーケティング・カスタマーサクセスの職務経験
  • 社内メンバーおよび顧客からの意見に耳を傾け、柔軟な思考が可能
  • 自身の経験を新しい状況及び社内文化に合わせ、適切に経験を適用しつつ柔軟に考えを転換させる能力
  • 状況と自身の意見をチームに随時共有するなど、コミュニケーションの重要性を認識する
  • 相手への共感に基づいた論理的な意見を展開できる能力
  • 周囲の人々との信頼関係を構築できる能力
  • 物事を全般的に見渡し、ビジョン中心的な思考ができる能力

Plus if you have

  • 長期間、プロダクトのライフサイクルを管理し、それに必要なプロセスを自ら設定し、運営した経験
  • ファッションの企画・生産に関するプロセスに精通
  • グローバル企業で様々な国籍のチームメンバーと勤務した経験
