3DファッションデザインソフトウェアのCLO、Marvelous Designer、Jinnyや、デジタルファッションに特化したプラットフォームであるCLO-SET、CONNECTを提供し、衣装に関するすべての領域で効率的で持続可能なワークフローを実現します。さらに、これらのソリューションは、CLOのシステムとして、現物とデジタル衣装の相互作用を可能にします。

デジタルファッション市場をグローバルにリードするCLO Virtual Fashionは、現在アジア、北米、欧州、南米などの11カ国に計13箇所のオフィスを展開しており、世界中の多数の顧客企業と共にさらなる事業拡大を進めています。

Position Overview

Business Development Managerとして、日本でMarvelous Designerブランドの成長を促進する方を採用しています。Business Development Managerは、過去のユースケース戦略を基にターゲット業界を開拓し、クライアントや自社のデザインチームと協力しながら市場のトレンドや、Marvelous Designerがユーザーに提供できるより良い価値を見出します。

これには、マーケティングからの反応に対したフォローアップ、新しいアウトバウンドへの浸透、パートナー関係の活用、ウェビナーやイベントのフォローアップなどが含まれます。

Responsibilities

  • ゲーム/アニメーション/VFX業界のワークフローから、段階的なセールスのパイプラインと売上の向上を推進する
  • 適切なセールスツールを活用し、標準プロセスを考慮しつつ、新たな機会の創出と検証をする
  • 最新の市場トレンドを常にフォローアップし、多様な洞察をチームにもたらすことで、Marvelous Designerをより画期的な製品へと導く
  • Marvelous Designerのビジネスソリューションの内容を顧客に理解してもらい、それが顧客のビジネスにどのように適合し、価値を創出するかをサポートする
  • ゲーム/アニメーション/VFX業界のパイプラインを理解し、顧客の課題を把握する
  • 顧客の課題を解決し、ニーズをビジネスチャンスに転換する
  • 見込み顧客とコミュニケーションし、関係を築く
  • 迅速なビジネス環境の中でも、質の高い機会を提供しつつ、売上向上を促進する
  • 様々なミーティング、カンファレンス、その他のイベントの企画、主催、又は参加する
  • クライアントのソフト使用状況やフィードバックを開発チームに共有し、グローバルなソフトウェア開発をサポートする
  • 異なるオフィスや複数のタイムゾーンに位置するWeb、CX、3Dデザイナーなどのグローバルチームと円滑なコミュニケーションを取る

Requirements

  • 5年以上のビジネス開発かつ最低2年以上のゲーム/アニメーション/VFX業界で勤務した経歴
  • ゲーム/アニメーション/VFXスタジオの意思決定者と技術的な案件について円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、効果的な折衝ができるスキル
  • テクニカルセールスの十分な理解
  • グローバルチームの一員として英語で流暢にコミュニケーションできる能力
  • プロフェッショナルで積極的な仕事倫理を持ち、データやクライアント情報を分析するための新しい方法の発案
  • 長期的に考えられる思考を持ち、前向きで積極的な態度
  • 迅速な業務環境の中で、複数のタスクと優先事項を効果的かつ効率的に管理できる能力
