Position Overview

CLO Virtual Fashion의 성장 단계에 맞는 평가·보상 체계를 설계하고 이끌어갈 People Operations Manager – Performance & Rewards를 찾고 있습니다.

이 포지션은 "구성원의 기여를 어떻게 정의하고, 측정하고, 보상할 것인가"라는 질문에 데이터와 전략으로 답하는 역할입니다. People & Culture팀의 일원으로서 경영진과 비즈니스 리더의 전략적 파트너가 되어, 클로만의 철학과 문화를 반영한 글로벌 전사의 경쟁력 있는 평가·보상 체계를 구축합니다.

단순 운영에 그치지 않고, 문제를 구조화하고 가설을 세운 뒤 시장 데이터와 내부 데이터로 검증해 실제 제도로 만들어낼 분을 기다립니다.

Responsibilities

  • 보상 전략 및 체계 설계 회사의 보상 철학과 시장 포지셔닝 전략 수립 직무·레벨 체계(Job Architecture / Leveling)에 연동된 Pay Band 설계 및 운영 기본급·인센티브·장기보상 등 Total Rewards 포트폴리오 기획 및 개선 성과관리 체계 설계 및 운영 목표 설정(OKR/KPI)부터 평가, 캘리브레이션, 보상 연계까지 성과관리 전 주기 설계 연간 평가·연봉 조정(Merit/Promotion) 사이클 운영: 예산 모델링, 가이드라인 수립, 매니저 교육, 경영진 보고 시장 분석 및 데이터 기반 의사결정 지원 국내외 보상 서베이·시장 데이터 기반 벤치마킹 및 지역별 경쟁력 분석 내부 형평성(Compa-ratio, Pay Equity) 진단, 보상 데이터 분석 및 리포팅 이해관계자 파트너십 경영진·리더 대상 오퍼, 승진, 리텐션 등 보상 이슈 자문 및 제안 Finance·Legal·Talent Acquisition과 협업해 인건비 계획, 규정 준수, 채용 경쟁력 확보 제도 변경 시 구성원 대상 커뮤니케이션 및 변화 관리

Requirements

  • 다음 중 한 곳 이상에서 5년 이상의 경력 유니콘/High-Tech/글로벌 기업의 평가·보상 또는 HR 전략 조직 전략 컨설팅펌 또는 HR 컨설팅펌(평가·보상·조직 프로젝트 수행 경험) 보상제도(Pay Band, 인센티브, 평가-보상 연계) 설계 또는 전면 개편을 주도한 경험 비즈니스 문제를 구조화하고 데이터로 인사이트와 실행안을 만들어내는 역량 경영진에게 복잡한 분석을 명확한 메시지로 전달하는 보고·커뮤니케이션 역량 다양한 글로벌 이해관계자와 회의·협상을 진행하고, 문서 작성을 주도할 수 있는 능숙한 영어 소통 역량 (above business fluent) People & Culture팀을 Lean & Agile 마인드로 함께 만들어갈 주도성
