Responsabilidades del Supervisor de Equipo de Construcción:

  • Supervisar de 4 a 6 miembros del equipo, delegar, capacitar y garantizar la seguridad
  • Asegurar que todo el trabajo de reparación de cimientos se realice de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y de la industria
  • Administración del sitio de trabajo: examinar e inspeccionar el progreso del trabajo
  • Operar de manera segura el equipo de la empresa
  • Mantener un sitio de trabajo limpio y Seguro

Requisitos:

  • Bilingüe (ingles) requerido
  • Experiencia comprobada en liderazgo o supervisión en construcción
  • Experiencia previa en reparación de cimientos es un plus
  • Servicio al cliente
  • Debe poder levantar 50 libras, agacharse y inclinarse
  • Debe estar cómodo trabajando al aire libre y caminando sobre terrenos irregulars
  • Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida con un historial de manejo favorable
  • Debe aprobar una prueba de drogas y verificación de antecedentes antes del Empleo
