1. LE CLUB PIERRE CHARRON

Le Club Pierre Charron est le premier établissement du Groupe Marval, un groupe français persuadé que l'émotion du jeu "live" est à réinventer.

Créé par un joueur pour les joueurs, le Club Pierre Charron a ouvert en Juillet 2020, à deux pas des Champs-Elysées.

Avec le « beau Jeu » pour règle d'or, le Club s'est imposé comme la référence du jeu à Paris en proposant aux joueurs de tous niveaux 25 tables équipées des dernières technologies et réparties entre Poker (Cash Game) et Grands Jeux ( Blackjack, Ultimate Poker avec Jackpot Progressif, Punto Banco, Poker 3 Cartes et Stud "Caribbean" Poker).

Pensé comme un lieu de vie, le Club Pierre Charron offre également à ses hôtes un bar, un restaurant élégant à la carte gourmande et un fumoir chaleureux avec cave à cigares.

2. LE POSTE

Pour incarner ses valeurs et accompagner sa forte expansion, le Club Pierre Charron recherche des profils variés. C'est votre personnalité, votre recherche d'excellence et votre approche avenante du service, tant vis-à-vis des clients que de vos collègues, qui feront la différence au quotidien et vous grandirez au sein d'un groupe en plein développement.

- Vous êtes la première image du Club et assurez l'accueil de la clientèle dans le respect de l'image premium de l'établissement.

- Votre mission consiste à contrôler les identités aux entrées, remettre aux nouveaux clients leurs cartes de membres, tout en respectant la bonne application des procédures et de la réglementation des jeux.

- Vous assurez la fluidité de la transmission des informations descendantes et ascendantes, entre l'accueil, la salle des jeux, la caisse et le restaurant.

- Fort de plusieurs années d'expériences en tant que physionomiste ou hôte(sse) d'accueil, votre parfaite connaissance des secrets de la relation client et votre expertise ne sont plus à démontrer.

- Vous parlez une ou plusieurs langues en plus du français, notamment l'anglais en vue de la réception d'une clientèle locale et internationale.

Votre métier s'articule autour de 3 axes majeurs :

La réception des clients

  • Accueillir, conseiller et être à l'écoute de la clientèle et ses demandes
  • Assurer la réception d'appels téléphoniques
  • Assurer le service vestiaire de l'établissement
  • Assurer la vente de produits liés au fumoir du Club (cigarettes, cigares)

Le contrôle d'identité

  • Vérifier l'identité des clients avant leur entrée en salle de Jeux
  • Procéder à l'inscription des nouveaux clients

La relation clientèle

  • Accueil et information auprès des clients : nouveautés, animations
  • Conseil et orientation des clients vers les différents jeux
  • Adaptation aux différentes attentes et comportements des joueurs
  • Alimentation et suivi du fichier client

L'établissement étant ouvert 7J/7 et 365 jours par an, votre planification intégrera, par roulements, du travail de nuit ainsi que les week-ends et les jours fériés.

Le poste est à pourvoir est un CDI

IMPORTANT :

Pour intégrer nos équipes à ce poste, vous devrez être titulaire d'un agrément d'employé de clubs de jeux délivré par le Ministère de l'Intérieur. Celui-ci requiert notamment :

- une appartenance à un pays de l'Union Européenne

- un casier judiciaire vierge

- une attestation d'inscription sur les listes électorales

Si vous n'êtes pas déjà titulaire de cet agrément, le Club Pierre Charron présentera votre dossier aux autorités compétentes pour vous.

Après votre entrée dans l'entreprise, vous suivez deux formations dispensées par des organismes agréés :

- sur l'addiction aux jeux d'argent

- sur le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme

Salaire mensuel :

de 2 100€ à 2 400€ brut selon profil

+ prime sur pourboires
