Om Lundgaard

Lundgaard er en kæde med 10 dametøjsbutikker i Jylland. Vi er kendt for vores høje serviceniveau, gode kvalitet og stærke kunderelationer. I Haderslev søger vi nu en butikschef, der kan være drivkraften bag en ny og attraktiv butik.

Stillingen

Som butikschef får du ansvaret for den daglige drift af butikken. Du vil være frontfigur på salgsområdet og samtidig sikre, at butikken altid fremstår indbydende og inspirerende. Vi søger en person, som arbejder struktureret, engageret og selvstændigt – og som trives i en hverdag, hvor både kunder og kollegaer er i fokus.

Arbejdstiden vil ligge inden for følgende tidsrum:

- Hverdage kl. 10-17:30

- Lørdage kl. 10-14

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

- Daglig ledelse af butikken

- Motivere, udvikle og planlægge for teamet

- Sikre et højt serviceniveau og en god kundeoplevelse

- Varebestilling, varemodtagelse og visuel merchandising

- Ansvar for åbning, lukning og driftsrutiner

- Opfølgning på salgstal og nøgletal, samt rapportering til retail manager

- Deltagelse i udvalgte indkøb

Vi forventer, at du:

- Har butikserfaring – gerne inden for tøj og mode eller en lignende stilling

- Kan arbejde selvstændig og tage ansvar

- Er stærk i både salg, service og butiksdrift

- Har flair for mode og kan skabe et inspirerende butiksmiljø

- Er en engageret leder, der går forrest og skaber gode resultater

- Kan se dig selv i et mindre team, hvor du selv er frontfigur over for kunder
