Your Responsibilities

Product & Feature Delivery

  • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable, testable and supportable product capabilities.
  • Deliver solutions across frontend, backend and data layers.

Frontend Development

  • Build responsive, accessible and high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Implement component-based architecture, state management, error handling and performance optimization.

Backend & API Development

  • Design and develop secure, resilient and observable services and APIs.
  • Implement authorization, validation, idempotency, failure handling and API versioning practices.

Data & Integration

  • Design data models and integrations supporting relational and event-driven systems.

Production Support & Ownership

  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing and release readiness activities.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.

Technical Leadership

  • Break down complex initiatives into manageable deliverables.
  • Improve engineering practices and mentor team members through reviews and practical guidance.

Security & Compliance

  • Apply secure-by-design principles.
  • Ensure appropriate handling of sensitive data, access control, auditability, security reviews and data residency requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product owners, planners, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity stakeholders and business users to resolve constraints and deliver sustainable solutions.

AI-Assisted Development

  • Leverage AI-assisted development platforms and coding assistants to accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5–7+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant ownership of production-grade full-stack systems.

Technical Skills

  • Strong production experience with Golang, React and TypeScript.
  • Strong backend development experience using modern frameworks and programming languages.
  • Experience designing, operating and supporting production APIs and services.

Architecture & System Design

  • Strong understanding of: Scalability, Reliability, Service boundaries, Consistency models, Caching, Concurrency, Failure modes, Engineering trade-offs.

Event-Driven Systems

  • Experience with messaging, asynchronous processing or event-streaming platforms.
  • Knowledge of retry strategies, ordering, duplicate handling and monitoring.

Cloud & DevOps

  • Cloud-native deployment experience on Azure or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with containers, CI/CD, observability, secrets management and production troubleshooting.

Quality Engineering

  • Experience across unit, integration, contract and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong commitment to automation-led testing practices.

Communication

  • Ability to communicate technical decisions, risks and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

AI Governance

  • Experience with AI-assisted SDLC practices.
  • Ability to review AI-generated outputs for security, reliability, maintainability and performance.
