Vil du tage ansvar for bogføring, fakturering og løn i en mindre, ejerledet virksomhed? Og passer en fast kontordag om fredagen godt ind i din hverdag? Så er det måske dig, vi søger.

Hos CMD Facility Services leverer vi rengøring og facility services til private og erhvervskunder. Vi søger en erfaren og detaljeorienteret bogholder, der kan sikre struktur i vores daglige økonomi og følge op, så opgaverne bliver afsluttet til tiden.

Stillingen er på 5-10 timer om ugen med fast fremmøde hver fredag på vores kontor på Hauser Plads 10, København K, tæt på Nørreport. Placeringen af eventuelle resterende timer aftaler vi sammen.

DINE PRIMÆRE ARBEJDSOPGAVER

Bogføring og bilag

  • Løbende bogføring og afstemning.
  • Håndtering af bilag, kvitteringer og udlæg.
  • Opfølgning på manglende bilag hos medarbejdere og ledelse.
  • Momsafstemning og klargøring af regnskabsmateriale til revisor.

Fakturering og opfølgning

  • Fakturering af faste kundekontrakter.
  • Fakturering af ekstraopgaver og opgaver til private kunder.
  • Kontrol af fakturagrundlag, så alle udførte opgaver bliver faktureret korrekt.
  • Opfølgning på udestående betalinger og håndtering af rykkere.

Lønadministration

  • Lønkørsel for vores timeansatte medarbejdere.
  • Kontrol af timeregistrering og løngrundlag.
  • Håndtering af individuelle lønaftaler, tillæg og reguleringer.
  • Registrering af relevante udlæg og sikring af korrekt lønudbetaling.

VI FORESTILLER OS, AT DU

  • Har solid erfaring med bogføring, fakturering og lønkørsel.
  • Er fortrolig med e-conomic, Pleo og Danløn.
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og tager ansvar for dine opgaver.
  • Er struktureret, detaljeorienteret og overholder deadlines.
  • Følger op på manglende oplysninger og sikrer, at intet bliver glemt.
  • Trives i en mindre virksomhed med en uformel tone og tæt samarbejde med ledelsen.
