CuddleMe, perusahaan manufaktur perlengkapan bayi sejak 2010 yang berlokasi di Kota Malang sedang mencari Staff Data Analyst.

Location: Head Office, Jl. Indraprasta No. 7, Polehan, Kec. Blimbing, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri : 08.00 - 16.15 WIB

Saturday : 08.00 - 14.00 WIB

Kualifikasi

  • Mampu membuat flow process/flowchart.
  • Mampu menganalisa data menggunakan Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Memahami konsep dasar database, integrasi data, ERP, dan automation.
  • Familiar dengan Odoo/ERP, n8n/no-code automation, API, atau BI tools menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Mampu menyampaikan hasil analisa dan rekomendasri secara terstruktur kepada user maupun atasan.
  • Bersedia mengikuti analytical case test pada proses seleksi untuk menilai cara berpikir dan problem solving.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Menganalisa proses bisnis dan penggunaan sistem pada divisi terkait untuk menemukan masalah, bottleneck, duplikasi pekerjaan, risiko human error, serta pekerjaan manual yang dapat diperbaiki.
  • Melakukan diskusi/interview dengan user untuk menggali kebutuhan, pain point, tujuan, dan dampak bisnis dari suatu permintaan.
  • Menyusun pemetaan proses As-Is dan To-Be, flow proses, requirement, serta prioritas improvement.
  • Melakukan root cause analysis dan analisa data sebelum memberikan rekomendasi solusi.
  • Menyusun alternatif solusi, baik melalui konfigurasi sistem, improvement proses, automation, integrasi, maupun pengembangan fitur.
  • Membantu implementasi improvement pada ERP/Odoo, Google Sheets, automation tools, atau sistem lain sesuai kebutuhan dan kapasitas teknis.
