Build your career helping deliver the infrastructure the UK needs to transition to net zero.

We’re growing our dedicated Real Estate Energy and Infrastructure team to support projects driving the UK’s net zero transition.

About the role

  • Draft and negotiate key real estate documents, including options, leases, development agreements and other project documents.
  • Lead title, access, site assembly and land due diligence work, helping clients identify constraints and unlock deliverable solutions.
  • Support major infrastructure consenting and delivery, including DCOs and CPO schemes.
  • Work directly with developers, landowners, investors, funders, public bodies and other stakeholders on complex, high-value matters.
  • Collaborate across our dedicated Energy Sector Team, with colleagues across real estate, energy, planning, construction, corporate, regulatory and finance to deliver joined-up advice.
  • Help supervise and develop junior lawyers, while taking real responsibility for client relationships and transaction delivery.

About you

We will invest in your ongoing training and development to support your professional goals and help you to thrive in your role from day one. Our opportunities are open to all suitably qualified applicants, so to be considered for this role, you must meet the following skills and experience:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
