Te invitamos a formar parte del equipo como: Operario Envase

Proposito de la posicion:

Ejecutar de manera eficiente y segura las actividades de ensacado, paletizado y despacho del cemento, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de envase, el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad del producto final y el apego a los procedimientos de seguridad, con el fin de contribuir a la continuidad operativa y satisfacción del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Aplicar los procedimientos, instructivos, guías y/o normas aplicables a su función, tanto operativos como en materia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente, para lograr los objetivos de envase y despacho
  • Colaborar con el equipo de trabajo en mantener Orden y Limpieza, tanto de sus unidades como del área de trabajo, para evitar condiciones inseguras y mejorar el clima laboral.
  • Participar en los Programas de desarrollo, Brigadas y otros eventos solicitados por la Organización en materia operativa y/o de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, para lograr los objetivos establecidos por la organización

Requisitos:

  • Formación Académica: Bachillerato terminado ó técnico superior universitario, deseable carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, Química.
  • Experiencia: 6 Meses en posición similar demostrable por experiencia laboral en la industria del Cemento, minera de transformación.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Conocimientos del proceso de fabricación de cemento, conocimiento del Sistema Integral de Gestion
  • Competencias: Iniciativa, servicio al cliente, trabajo en equipo, orientación a resultados.
  • Otros Requisitos: trabajo 100% en campo, incluyendo turnos rotativos y fines de semana, capacidad para movilizarse dentro de instalaciones industriales de gran tamaño.
