Tu souhaites contribuer activement à l-évolution de nos processus et accompagner la transformation digitale du groupe CMSA ? Alors, ce poste est fait pour toi !Tes missions: Concevoir et optimiser les processus : Tu analyses les processus existants, principalement dans les domaines de la supply chain, de la logistique et de la production. Tu développes des solutions adaptées aux besoins futurs et contribues à la standardisation et à l-harmonisation de nos processus. Comprendre et traduire les besoins : Tu recueilles les besoins de nos différents départements, structures et priorises les exigences, puis les traduis en concepts fonctionnels, User Stories et spécifications. Participer à la transformation SAP : Tu accompagnes l-introduction et l-évolution de SAP S/4HANA, participes aux ateliers Fit-to-Standard et contribues aux déploiements ainsi qu-aux projets d-optimisation de nos processus opérationnels. Faire le lien entre les différents interlocuteurs : Tu collabores étroitement avec les départements métier, les consultants SAP internes, l-IT et nos partenaires externes afin de garantir que les besoins métier soient intégrés dans des solutions SAP adaptées. Garantir la qualité : Tu accompagnes les phases de test et de validation afin de t-assurer que les nouveaux processus et solutions répondent aux exigences fonctionnelles. Accompagner le changement : Tu soutiens nos équipes dans l-adoption de nouveaux processus, organises des formations pour les Key Users et favorises l-adhésion aux nouveaux systèmes. Ton profil: Tu possèdes une expérience en Business Process Management, en Requirements Engineering ou dans la gestion de projets SAP, idéalement dans un environnement industriel, logistique ou supply chain. Tu disposes de bonnes connaissances des processus et, idéalement, de SAP S/4HANA. Tu as un esprit analytique, sais identifier les possibilités d-optimisation et apprécies développer des solutions concrètes et pragmatiques. Tu communiques avec aisance, apprécies la collaboration transversale et sais fédérer différents interlocuteurs autour d-objectifs communs. Tu travailles de manière structurée et autonome, prends tes responsabilités et contribues activement à la mise en œuvre des changements. Tu es passionné(e) par la digitalisation, l-innovation et l-amélioration continue dans un environnement de production industrielle.
