  • Support departments with website content architecture and user experience design. Collaborate with the Griffin School’s computing team on new features and templates.

Paid Media

  • Design, launch and optimize paid digital campaigns to amplify signature brand efforts when appropriate in close collaboration with University Communications and Marketing.
  • Offer consultative services for enrollment and promotion campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other digital ad platforms, as needed, for departments and academic programs.

Email Marketing

  • Oversee the team’s development and distribution of Griffin School marketing newsletters.

  • Use web analytics (GA4), social metrics (Sprout), enrollment analytics (Slate), and performance data from native ad platforms to continuously refine marketing efforts.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
