Our career pathways Across CMV Group, young people can begin their careers in many areas such as:
Automotive and Technical For people who enjoy practical work, vehicles, tools, technology and learning how things work. Potential starting roles could include Apprentice Technician, Car Detailer, Yard Hand, or Parts & Warehouse Assistant.
Customer Service and Sales For people who enjoy meeting others, building relationships, solving problems and helping customers. Potential starting roles could include Trainee Sales Consultant, Sales Coordinator, or Showroom Concierge.
Business and Administration For people who enjoy being organised, are comfortable with technology and interested in how a business runs. Potential starting roles could include Administration Clerk, Receptionist, or Accounts Assistant.
Agriculture and Outdoor Work For people who enjoy being outside, machinery, production and farming. Potential starting roles could include Orchard Operator, Irrigation Assistant, or Production & Packaging Operator.
