  Your new role In your new role as Senior Management Accountant based at CMI Toyota’s iconic West Terrace dealership, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading a small team of Accounts and Admin professionals Supporting key accounting functions that underpin the success of our business Generating reporting and analysis to enable informed and effective decision making Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimisation

  Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in making our dealership tick, helping your team and the broader business deliver a great experience for both customers and colleagues.   What you can expect Working with CMI Toyota, you can expect:

  About you We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, takes pride in their work, and values respect and professionalism. Additionally, you’ll have:

Appropriate qualifications and professional memberships (eg. CA/CPA) Demonstrated success in a similar role driving business success through detailed analysis and reporting Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential Strong leadership skills with an ability to guide, mentor, and develop staff Immaculate attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation skills
