Detail-driven and at home in the automotive world? Take the wheel of our van stock and deliveries We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Stock Controller / Delivery Co-Ordinator (Vans & Pre-Owned vehicles) to keep our vehicle stock moving and make every new van delivery smooth. You'll be the link between the manufacturer, our Sales and Admin teams and our customers, making sure each vehicle arrives on time and is ready to go. What you’ll do

Source and locate vehicles from the manufacturer or other dealerships, and place monthly van orders per Manufacturer requirements Receive and coordinate new vehicles into stock, booking them in via Prixcar transport notifications and on arrival, and monitor their location so delivery schedules stay up to date Coordinate with other departments of the fitting of bodies and other accessories by internal and external suppliers Raise and efficiently process invoices and purchase orders, and process registrations for Vans and Pre-Owned vehicles Prepare delivery paperwork, file deals ready for arrival and complete all customer requirements Record and maintain order intake, enter vehicle and customer details into the inventory system and keep internal stock lists current Keep customers informed, follow up and log their responses, and coordinate pre-delivery with customers and internal departments Provide accurate reporting, including weekly covered and enquiry numbers and sales reports to the Manufacturer per Dealer Standard requirements, and regular stock reports for the Sales Manager Work closely with Administration, Sales and Management, back up the Passenger Stock Controller and new vehicle delivery co-Ordinator and complete other administrative tasks as required

What you bring

Year 12 or equivalent Drivers Licence Previous stock control experience Previous experience in automotive industry Knowledge of export procedures and logistics Microsoft Office Dealership Management Systems Attention to detail Selling skills Professional personal presentation Time Management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Verbal and written communication skills
