  Duties & Responsibilities

Process 7 and 30 day creditor invoices Reconcile creditor statements and arrange payment Prepare and process EFTs as required Prepare and post general journals as required Run EOM debtor statements Prepare banking when required Process warranty claims - R20’s Bank statements reconciliations Internal and external mail coordination Maintain petty cash and prepare reimbursement when required Ordering and maintaining stationery Handle and manage expiation notices Process employee reimbursements as required Maintain Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) reporting Maintain and reconcile fuel usage Reconcile Capricorn account POV and New retail deal processing Wholesale deal processing Process outright vehicle/van purchases as required Process trade-in/pre trade vehicle/van purchases as required Process registrations/transfers as required (Ezyreg) Process MBFS floorplan payments as required Process MBFS floorplan reconciliation Trade debtor management reports and follow up Cash and vehicle debtor management reports and follow up Assist with EOM reporting tasks General ledger reconciliations as required by accountants Coverage of other administration job functions during periods of annual, sick leave and any other times as required by the accountants

  Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in accounts administration Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Effective time management and organisational abilities Solid numerical and analytical skills Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
