About CMI Hino CMI Hino is the sole Adelaide dealership for the Hino Truck & Bus range of products. About the role The successful candidate will generate sales of new vehicles to prospective purchasers, maximising Dealership profitability and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care with the current and future client base. Duties include:
Build on existing customer relationships through account management and selling, utilising your excellent communication skills to maximise results Identify new prospects and develop an in-depth understanding of their needs whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered Achieve and succeed targets and profit levels Conduct marketing and networking activities to generate sales as required Learn & maintain a high level of product knowledge of market brands & models Some flexibility in work hours are required as a number of our clients are only available outside of normal business hours Maintain the CRM data base producing reports accurately in a timely professional manner Work closely with other dealership departments to ensure each customer receives the best customer experience
Skills and Experience
Solid knowledge of trucks and the road transport industry
Genuine customer focus Can work independently and as part of a team Able to follow and maintain established processes Organised and self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ideally hold a current Heavy Duty Truck licence
