This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, a genuine interest in cars, and a willingness to learn. What will you be doing?

Assist with retail, trade and internal parts enquiries. Learn parts interpretation and support the processing of customer orders. Follow up customer back orders. Complete parts documentation in line with company processes and procedures. Support the accurate and timely dispatch of parts orders to customers. Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience

Current driver’s licence. Experience in customer service and/or relationship management is preferred. Sound computer literacy, with high attention to detail. Motor industry, dealership, retail or warehouse experience would be advantageous.
