I. Mô tả công việc

1. Thiết kế và quản lý rập

  • Kiểm tra, xác nhận rập sản xuất hàng loạt dựa trên đơn hàng, mẫu sản phẩm và mẫu khách hàng cung cấp.
  • Thiết kế rập giấy, sơ đồ giác sơ đồ (marker) và bố trí chi tiết chính xác, đảm bảo tối ưu nguyên liệu.
  • Theo dõi độ co rút của vải denim sau giặt, kiểm tra rập thử và kết quả thử nghiệm độ co rút.
  • Điều chỉnh rập để xử lý sai lệch kích thước sau giặt, đặc biệt đối với các sản phẩm quần jeans và áo khoác denim.
  • Am hiểu đặc tính vải denim, đường may, kỹ thuật tạo hiệu ứng mài rách (distressing, rips) và hiệu ứng vân nhăn (whiskering).
  • Xử lý các lỗi thường gặp sau giặt như nhăn cạp quần, gấu quần bị chảy xệ và ống quần bị xoắn.

2. Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và xử lý vấn đề sản xuất

  • Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất, giặt và hoàn thiện để xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
  • Theo dõi các sai lệch kích thước của sản phẩm hàng loạt, xác định nguyên nhân và đưa ra phương án cải tiến phù hợp.
  • Đảm bảo rập sản xuất đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật, chất lượng và tiến độ giao hàng.

3. Phối hợp và cải tiến quy trình

  • Tham gia các cuộc họp tiền sản xuất (Pre-production Meeting) với bộ phận sản xuất để giải thích các điểm kỹ thuật quan trọng và lưu ý trong quá trình sử dụng rập.
  • Thu thập phản hồi từ bộ phận sản xuất để tối ưu thiết kế rập, giúp quá trình sản xuất thuận lợi hơn.
  • Rà soát, đánh giá và điều chỉnh rập sản xuất hàng loạt dựa trên kết quả thực tế và phản hồi từ các bộ phận liên quan.

II. Yêu cầu

1. Học vấn

  • Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ May, Kỹ thuật Dệt may, Thiết kế Thời trang, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có chứng chỉ hoặc được đào tạo chuyên môn về CAD/CAM, thiết kế rập, giác sơ đồ hoặc công nghệ in là một lợi thế.

2. Kinh nghiệm

  • Có từ 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong lĩnh vực thiết kế rập hàng denim.
  • Am hiểu sâu về độ co rút của vải denim và phương pháp kiểm soát sai lệch kích thước sau giặt.

3. Kỹ năng chuyên môn

  • Thành thạo ít nhất một phần mềm CAD ngành may như Lectra, ET hoặc Gerber; có khả năng nhảy size và giác sơ đồ bằng máy tính.
  • Có chuyên môn tốt về thiết kế rập quần jeans và áo khoác denim.
  • Có khả năng dự đoán sự thay đổi kích thước sản phẩm sau giặt và tính toán độ co rút theo chiều dọc, chiều ngang của vải.
  • Am hiểu quy trình sản xuất denim, có khả năng triển khai độc lập toàn bộ quy trình từ rập ban đầu đến rập sản xuất hàng loạt.

4. Yêu cầu khác

  • Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng như Outlook, Excel, Word và PowerPoint.
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh.
