  1. Mô tả công việc Hỗ trợ lãnh đạo cấp trên quản lý đội ngũ, điều phối và hướng dẫn công tác quản lý tuân thủ EHS tại các khu vực nhà máy. Đảm nhận vai trò tiếp xúc, đối ứng với khách hàng và tổ chức bên thứ ba trong các hoạt động đánh giá, kiểm tra, nhằm bảo đảm công tác EHS luôn tuân thủ pháp luật và đáp ứng yêu cầu của các bên liên quan – góp phần vào sự phát triển bền vững và an toàn của công ty. Quản lý vận hành: Xây dựng, giám sát và cập nhật hệ thống hồ sơ, tài liệu CSR đáp ứng yêu cầu pháp luật, khách hàng và bên thứ ba; Xây dựng và duy trì cơ sở dữ liệu văn bản pháp luật liên quan đến EHS, thường xuyên cập nhật để làm cơ sở đánh giá nội bộ. Quản lý nội bộ: Đào tạo, phát triển nhân sự, thực hiện đánh giá hiệu quả công việc đối với trưởng bộ phận kỹ thuật tuân thủ và kỹ sư phụ trách đánh giá từ khách hàng tại các nhà máy; Giám sát, chỉ đạo, hướng dẫn và kiểm tra hoạt động của các kỹ sư tại từng khu vực nhà máy. Quan hệ đối ngoại: Hỗ trợ lãnh đạo làm việc với các cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, bảo đảm các nhà máy đáp ứng đầy đủ yêu cầu pháp lý về an toàn, môi trường, sức khỏe; Chủ động liên hệ, phối hợp, giải đáp và tiếp nhận các yêu cầu từ khách hàng, đối tác liên quan đến hoạt động EHS.
  2. Yêu cầu Trình độ học vấn: Cao đẳng trở lên, chuyên ngành Môi trường/An toàn/Quản lý hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan. Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực EHS, trong đó có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong doanh nghiệp vừa và lớn (quy mô 2000-5000 nhân sự). Có kinh nghiệm đối ứng với khách hàng Apple. Tiếng Anh thành thạo. Tư duy chiến lược, năng lực lãnh đạo, tổ chức, phối hợp, giao tiếp, đàm phán và xử lý tình huống. Kỹ năng đối ngoại, giải quyết vấn đề, xử lý tình huống khẩn cấp. Hiểu sâu về quy trình quản lý an toàn trong doanh nghiệp, nắm vững hệ thống văn bản pháp luật và các quy định liên quan. Tinh thần phục vụ tốt, tư duy logic và cẩn trọng trong công việc.
  3. Chế độ 13 tháng lương, 12 ngày nghỉ phép/năm, BHXH theo quy định, đóng BHXH từ thử việc. Chế độ tăng lương, thăng chức 2 lần/năm. Xe đưa đón từ Thành phố Hải Dương về nhà máy hoặc KTX.
