  1. Mô tả công việc Hoạch định chiến lược nguồn nhân lực (Strategic HR Planning): Dự báo nhu cầu nhân lực dựa trên kế hoạch sản xuất và đơn hàng của nhà máy. Thiết kế sơ đồ tổ chức, tối ưu hóa định biên nhân sự để kiểm soát chi phí lao động hiệu quả. Quản trị và Phát triển tổ chức (OD & Talent Management): Xây dựng lộ trình phát triển và giữ chân nhân tài, đặc biệt là khối kỹ sư công nghệ và đội ngũ quản lý sản xuất chuyên sâu. Đánh giá và nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ. Quản trị Hiệu suất (Performance Management): Xây dựng và chuẩn hóa hệ thống chỉ số đánh giá hiệu quả công việc (KPI/OKR) cho cả khối văn phòng và khối sản xuất trực tiếp nhằm thúc đẩy năng suất nhà máy. Quản lý Quan hệ Lao động (Employee Relations): Quản trị rủi ro, xử lý mâu thuẫn lao động, giải quyết khiếu nại và xây dựng các chương trình truyền thông nội bộ, kết nối người lao động trong môi trường nhà máy quy mô lớn. Giám sát thực thi chính sách đãi ngộ (C&B): Phối hợp với khối chuyên môn để đảm bảo hệ thống lương, thưởng, bảo hiểm và chế độ phúc lợi được chi trả chính xác, công bằng, tuân thủ Luật Lao động Việt Nam. Đối tác kinh doanh trực tiếp: Làm việc với Ban Giám đốc (thường là các chuyên gia/lãnh đạo người nước ngoài) để tư vấn các giải pháp nhân sự hỗ trợ trực tiếp cho mục tiêu vận hành. Quản lý gián tiếp các mảng chuyên môn phụ thuộc
  2. Yêu cầu Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm Nhân sự, trong đó có ít nhất 2 năm ở cấp HR Manager/HRBP Manager/Senior HR Manager trở lên. Có kinh nghiệm HR tại nhà máy sản xuất quy mô lớn, ưu tiên điện tử/FDI Trung Quốc, Đài Loan. Mạnh về HRBP, hoạch định nhân lực, OD, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, C&B và kiểm soát chi phí nhân sự. Có kinh nghiệm quản lý quan hệ lao động đối với lực lượng lao động đông. Có tư duy Business Partner, hiểu hoạt động sản xuất và có khả năng làm việc trực tiếp với Ban Giám đốc. Tiếng Trung tốt, có thể họp và báo cáo trực tiếp với lãnh đạo Trung Quốc. Có thêm tiếng Anh là một lợi thế. Ưu tiên: Ứng viên từng phụ trách HR tại doanh nghiệp từ 3.000–5.000+ nhân sự, có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội HR và xử lý các vấn đề nhân sự phức tạp.
  3. Chế độ Địa điểm làm việc: Hải Dương Mức lương: up to 60-90 triệu Thời gian làm việc: 8h00-17h00 thứ 2-thứ 6 + 2 sáng thứ 7 13 tháng lương, 12 ngày nghỉ phép/ năm, BHXH theo quy đinh, đóng BHXH từ thử việc Chế độ tăng lương, thăng chức 2 lần/ năm Xe đưa đón từ Thành phố Hải Dương về nhà máy hoặc KTX.
