  1. Job Description Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược nhân sự toàn diện: hoạch định nhân lực, phát triển đội ngũ kế cận, chính sách thu hút & giữ chân nhân tài. Thiết kế cơ cấu tổ chức tối ưu, gắn liền với chiến lược phát triển Công ty đa ngành nghề, toàn cầu hóa. Truyền cảm hứng và dẫn dắt đội ngũ nhân sự phát triển theo hướng chuyên nghiệp, chủ động và hiệu quả. Quản trị và thúc đẩy hiệu suất: xây dựng KPI, cơ chế đánh giá, chỉnh sách thưởng phù hợp với từng Bộ phận. Tư vấn chiến lược nhân sự cho Ban lãnh đạo, đảm bảo định hướng tổ chức gắn với mục tiêu kinh doanh. Mở rộng và duy trì network nhân sự cấp cao, hợp tác với các đơn vị đào tạo, headhunter, tổ chức tư vấn chiến lược. Đại diện bộ phận nhân sự trong các dự án chuyển đổi số, ERP, BI và văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
  2. Requirements Ứng viên từ 35-45 tuổi, ngoại hình khá, tư duy hiện đại, có chiều sâu và năng lượng tích cực. Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị nhân lực, Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có từ 8–12 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nhân sự, trong đó ít nhất 3–5 năm ở vị trí quản lý cấp cao (Head/Director level). Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực công nghệ, chuỗi cung ứng, logistic, chuỗi bán lẻ, thương mại điện tử. Tư duy chiến lược – hành động thực tế, có khả năng truyền cảm hứng và dẫn dắt đội ngũ. Kỹ năng phân tích, hoạch định, xây hệ thống và quản trị thay đổi mạnh. Có network nhân sự, hiểu biết thị trường lao động.
