The posting

  1. Job Description Global Customer Sales: Manage and grow sales with global customers in collaboration with group sales companies. Develop sales plans, budgets, and forecasts; monitor sales performance and report progress. Understand customer needs, market trends, and product requirements. Prepare quotations, negotiate product specifications and commercial terms, and close sales contracts. Handle customer inquiries, delivery issues, and product-related complaints. Prepare sales materials and market information to support business development. New Business Development (ASEAN Region): Identify and develop new customers across the ASEAN market. Conduct customer visits and business meetings to expand new business opportunities. Manage the complete sales process from lead generation, proposal, negotiation, contract signing, to after-sales follow-up. Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct market research and visit raw material production areas in Vietnam and the ASEAN region. Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitor information. Prepare market reports and provide insights to support commercial strategy.
  2. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales or commercial management, preferably in a multinational or foreign-invested company. Knowledge of food safety standards such as BRCGS, HACCP, and ISO 22000. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Fluent in business English, both written and spoken. Strong sales, negotiation, communication, relationship management, and analytical skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities. Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, including throughout the ASEAN region.
  3. Benefits Salary: 30,000,000-40,000,000 VND/month (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience). Performance-based bonus and annual salary review.
