The posting

  1. Job Description Design and implement Enterprise Network solutions, including Backbone, Metro, WAN, SRv6 and DCN. Provide technical support for post-sales activities, including solution design, network deployment and service migration. Install, configure, commission and troubleshoot routers, switches and network management platforms. Design, deploy and migrate networks based on core IP routing protocols: OSPF, IS-IS and BGP. Support enterprise customers with incident response, troubleshooting, problem resolution and network performance tuning. Conduct complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA). Coordinate with R&D and technical escalation teams to resolve complex technical issues. Conduct customer/partner training, technical workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including: Network design documents, Operation manuals, Configuration/change records. Support multiple technical tasks/projects and travel to customer sites when required.
  2. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Networking / Network Infrastructure / Network Security. Strong knowledge of: Routing & Switching, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, WAN / Metro / Backbone, Network Security, Wireless. Hands-on experience in network design, deployment, configuration, migration and troubleshooting. Strong ability in complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel when required. Preferred: Experience with SDN / Network Automation. Preferred: Experience with network management platforms such as iMaster NCE or equivalent. Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise customers in a post-sales / technical support / solution delivery capacity. Preferred: Experience delivering technical training or workshops.
