The posting

  1. Job Description Support the General Director / General Manager in maintaining and developing relationships with Japanese clients. Prepare meeting materials, documents and presentations for client meetings. Follow up on meeting action items and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely execution. Act as a communication bridge between the Business Development team and existing/potential clients. Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly reports for management. Support client relationship activities, business events and networking activities. Coordinate with internal teams to support the achievement of business and team targets. Assist with business-related administrative and coordination tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head / Management.
  2. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Japanese Studies or a related field. Fluent Japanese, preferably JLPT N1. Good English communication skills are an advantage. Previous experience working in a Japanese company or Japanese-related business environment is preferred. Experience as an Assistant, Secretary, Customer Service, Business Support or Sales/BD Coordinator, especially supporting senior managers or expatriates, is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills. Proactive, confident and energetic personality with a strong sense of ownership. Good decision-making, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Highly organized, careful and detail-oriented. Flexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Willing to travel for business within Vietnam when required.
  3. Benefits Full-time position 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 15 days paid leave SHI full salary, Healthcare insurance. Annual bonus, performance review Allowance: telephone, business trip, motorbike parking fee, overtime paid if applied and approved Working location: Hanoi Business travel within Vietnam may be required.
