The posting

  1. Job Description
  • Plan and manage automotive projects from project kick-off, product development, prototype, trial production to SOP and mass production.
  • Develop and monitor project timing, milestones and action plans to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate NPD activities with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchase, PPC, SCM and other functions.
  • Follow up APQP/PPAP and project documentation.
  • Monitor project risks, issues and engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and coordinate appropriate actions.
  • Track project cost, tooling, material and production readiness.
  • Support prototype, trial production and mass production launch.
  • Prepare project progress reports and participate in customer meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction (VANE).
  1. Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing or related fields.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, NPD or Automotive Manufacturing (Wiring Harness, Lockset is a plus).
  • Knowledge: Good understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949 is an advantage.
  • Skills: Good planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint. Good English communication.
  • Personal qualities: Proactive, strong coordination and communication skills, ability to work under pressure.

  • Compensation: Includes a guaranteed 13th-month salary and annual salary increments.
  • 12 days of annual leave per year.
  • Working from Monday to Friday (8h00-17h40) with three Saturdays and all Sundays off each month.
  • Shuttle bus is available for employees from Hanoi.
