The posting

  1. Job Description Manage purchasing and procurement activities for automotive manufacturing. Oversee supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, cost reduction, and material purchasing. Lead the purchasing team and report to Operation Head / Plant Head
  2. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or related field. 8+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in automotive manufacturing. Strong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, cost reduction and material purchasing. Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills with good supplier relationship management. Good English communication, MS Office/Excel and ERP/SAP skills; experience with OEM/Tier-1 suppliers is preferred. Candidates from the relevant Wiring harness industry. Prefer candidates from Wiring Harness / Automotive Industry only.
  3. Benefits Compensation: Includes a guaranteed 13th-month salary and annual salary increments. 12 days of annual leave per year. Working from Monday to Friday (8h00-17h40), with three Saturdays and all Sundays off each month. Shuttle bus is available for employees from Hanoi. All employees shall personally contribute 10.5% toward social insurance. The salary base for social insurance contributions shall consist of the basic salary plus the responsibility allowance. The company will contribute the remaining 21.5% as prescribed by law.
