The posting

  1. Mô tả công việc Vendor Sourcing: Proactively identify, contact, and develop strategic relationships with potential suppliers based on specific business and production requirements. Direct Negotiation: Communicate directly with Korean and Chinese suppliers to issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), negotiate pricing, and secure the most competitive terms. Procurement Data Management: Execute comprehensive sourcing activities; consolidate, verify, and accurately input pricing data and vendor information into the internal procurement/ERP system. Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact to negotiate ongoing commercial terms and swiftly resolve any arising issues, delays, or discrepancies during vendor collaboration.
  2. Requirements Education: College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent fields. Language: Highly fluent in Korean (Mandatory) for daily business negotiations, coupled with basic communicative Chinese. Experience: 2–3 years of proven Sourcing/Purchasing experience within the manufacturing sector (Korean FDI environments are highly preferred). Strategic Advantage: Candidates with hands-on experience managing or collaborating with Samsung's Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors will be given top priority.
  3. Benefits Remuneration: 13th-month salary and 12 days of paid annual leave. Insurance: Statutory Social Insurance (SHUI) contributions applied immediately starting from the probationary period. Career Growth: Performance evaluations, salary reviews, and promotion opportunities conducted twice a year. Commute & Accommodation: Free shuttle bus service provided from the city center, or complimentary dormitory accommodation for employees.
