  1. Job Description Store Operations: Manage daily operations at Lotte Mart South Saigon (45 hours/week), ensuring strict compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines. Inventory Control: Oversee inbound/outbound inventory, conduct accurate stocktakes, and implement measures to minimize shrinkage/stock loss. Customer Experience: Uphold premium service standards, deliver excellent after-sales care, and swiftly resolve customer complaints. Team Leadership: Recruit, evaluate, and provide on-the-floor field coaching to the sales team to build a high-performing, customer-centric culture. Facility Management: Ensure store safety, hygiene, and the stable performance of technical systems (POS, RFID, CCTV) in coordination with relevant departments.
  2. Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of retail store management experience (Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, or Shopping Malls preferred). Managing Flagship stores or new store openings is a major plus. Retail Acumen: Deep understanding of Retail KPIs, store operations, and Visual Merchandising. Leadership & Mindset: Strong team motivation, coaching skills, and a solid "Customer-first" mindset. Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing sales data, planning effectively, and making swift decisions. Technical Skills: Proficient in POS systems, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting tools.
  3. Benefits & Perks Compensation: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/month base salary plus performance bonuses, sales commissions, and comprehensive allowances.
